Following is a list of typical cuts and price per pound.  If you place an order before we process you have the option of designating the type and thickness of the cuts you desire.
 
Please contact us regarding the processing date because it varies depending upon the quality of grass.

Price for 1/4, 1/2 or Whole

Pricing for a whole, half or quarter is determined by the hanging weight.  This may be 65 to 75 percent of the live animal weight.   

When purchasing a quarter, half or whole the cost of processing is included in the $3.25/lb unless a request for cuts other than those listed is desired.  Some special cuts require an additional processing cost.
