We are planning to process our beef in October 2010. The Spring and Summer rains have
kept our pastures green and lush. We predict hanging weights will be between 245 lbs and 271 (per half).
If you are interested in purchasing a quarter, half or whole, please see our order form and fax or email it to us.
If you are interested in purchasing only particular cuts and not a 1/4, 1/2 or whole, please complete the form
and use the bottom section to write your order.
Please keep in mind that we fill orders for quarters, halves
and wholes first. Orders for less than that will be filled from the remaining calves so we cannot guarantee
your order can be filled exactly as requested, but we do our best to accommodate everyone.
