We are planning to process our beef in November 2011. The lack of summer rains have made
it necessary to reduce our herd from 23 to 6. So please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in
purchasing beef. We need to make a firm date with the processor as early as possible. We will not be keeping
any animals for a second processing in late winter.
If you are interested in purchasing a quarter, half
or whole, please see our order form and mail or email it to us. If you are interested in purchasing only particular cuts
and not a 1/4, 1/2 or whole, please complete the form and use the bottom section to write your order.
Please keep in mind that we fill orders for quarters, halves and wholes first. Orders for less than that will
be filled from the remaining calves so we cannot guarantee your order can be filled exactly as requested, but we do our best
to accommodate everyone.
