We firmly believe in producing good quality beef. We processed the three cattle we were able to keep because
of the drought and selected steaks and ground beef as the cuts. It turned out great!
We have it available for purchase by the pound.
We are posting this announcement because we appreciate your interest and hope that you will contact us now or in the
future.
We have purchased another 13 animals and are beginning our grazing and hope to process again in October or November of
2008.
